Use:
- It can be worn on the bottom of the penis enabling a testicles lock which can delay ejaculation
- It can be set in the middle of the penis, increasing the amount of congestion thus having a thicker penis
- It can be set on top of the penis so that it increases the glans thus preventing the foreskin from slipping
